Chef Thia’s Torched Bird Spice Mix


The Torched Bird is our other favorite. The aroma is wonderful. You can smell the natural paprika, turmeric, onion, and rich roasted garlic. Her fans often used this spice on chicken and turkey when she first launched last September, but as the reviews come back, they are reporting how they use the Torched Bird mix on salmon and shrimp, and some are using it as well in their salad dressings and eggs.
